Soccer kickd my ass yesterday

Aside from somehow hurting my big toe I have a big ass dark purple bruise on the inside of my leg and some slight shinsplints

Its funny how I can ride my bike at a decent pace for 3 hours but 45 min of spriting can completly kill me

I thought that not climbing would help my body stop hurting, but now it appreas that I’ve sprained my big toe.

The day before I’m supposed to go boulder for the first time in weeks

At least I’m not going to boatrock tomorrow! I wouldn’t last a second without my big toe
